Get ready for a lot of fun ! First a few more things you need to know

You will get picked up at your hotel in Bali around 8:00 AM. Return on the last day will be with 4:00 PM boat so you have enough time to do all the activities.
Please note that far destinations pickup like Canggu, Ubud are subject to an extra cost.

Each surf yoga retreat has a different schedule, depending on the tide and it will be given to you upon check-in.

Once on the island transport is not provided as everything is located onsite or close-by (5 min walk). If you do not wish to walk motorbike or bicycle rental are available onsite at extra charge.

Nusa Lembongan is a small island and has slow-internet and electricity cuts can happen that's part of its charm and it gives you a  great opportunity to go on the beach have a look at the stars !

Nusa Lembongan is very safe for all travelers and our retreats are also a good opportunity to meet new persons and make new friends !

Isla Indah Retreat will surely have the perfect room for you, we have double bed (180cm), twin beds (2x 90cm) or triple beds (3x 90cm) bedrooms.

In case you arrive directly at the Denpasar Airport we can pick you up there, just make sure that your plane lands before 2:00 PM. We recommend that you stay an extra night so all the activities can fit in your schedule.
If you arrive after 2:00 PM no worries you will have to stay on the mainland Bali then the following morning you will be picked up at your hotel around 8:00 AM.

I stayed at Rama Garden Retreat for 5 days in July 2016. The place is small, clean and friendly. There is a constant flow of travellers staying so you do not stand out if you are travelling alone and the staff are very considerate of any requests. Food is especially good, the best Vegan food on the island. The surf coaches were very patient with a complete novice and gave powerful pushes so 'catching' the wave was not something to be dealt withThe whole trip exceeded my expectations when there were many Manta Rays around me while snorkelling in the included excursion.
