These terms cover activities and retreat packages booked directly with Monkey Activities through monkeyactivities.com or with our reservations team. Your booking confirmation sets out the service, dates, meeting point or check-in location, price and payment details. For booking questions, changes or cancellations, email contact@monkeyactivities.com with your name, booking reference and scheduled start date.

Booking and paying for an activity
The deposit or full payment required depends on the activity you choose. The booking page or your written quote shows the amount due. We confirm your booking after receiving the required payment. Wait for your booking confirmation with the date, time and meeting point before making arrangements around the activity.
Online activity checkout currently accepts PayPal. If you owe a balance, pay it before the activity starts. The activity policy lists cash in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) or US dollars (USD), credit card or PayPal for the balance. Confirm available methods with us before you arrive. If you pay cash in USD, the local exchange rate applies. Guests cover applicable bank, card or PayPal fees disclosed before payment. Prices shown in the activity and retreat policies include tax.
Booking and paying for a retreat
For the retreat booking process described on our packages page, the minimum deposit is USD 100 per person or the equivalent in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Pay by bank transfer within three days of our receiving your booking request. The reservations team will confirm the amount due and give you the transfer details. We confirm the booking when we receive the required deposit.
Pay the balance at check-in at Isla Indah Retreat. The packages page lists cash in IDR, USD or EUR, credit card and bank transfer. The local exchange rate applies to foreign cash payments. Guests cover applicable bank, card or currency conversion fees disclosed before payment. Follow the room, arrival and check-in details in your booking confirmation.
If you cancel, change your date or miss an activity
Send your request by email as soon as possible. Give your booking reference and the service you need to change. The cancellation cutoff is 24 hours before the scheduled start. We use the time we receive your request and the start time on your booking confirmation, both in Bali time.

The activity cancellation policy treats a guest-requested reschedule or a no-show as a cancellation. If you arrive too late to take part, leave early or miss part of an activity, we do not offer a refund for the missed participation under the activity policy. If you think you may be late, contact us as soon as you can.
If you cancel or change your retreat
Count the number of calendar days from the date we receive your cancellation to your retreat start date, using Bali time.

The retreat policy treats a guest-requested postponement or reschedule and a no-show as cancellations. It does not provide a refund for arriving late, leaving early or missing an included activity. If you paid a balance in advance, contact us to confirm how it is handled under your booking conditions.
If we change or cancel a service
Tides and conditions can affect when an activity can run. Follow your instructor or guide’s safety directions and check the meeting point and time in your confirmation. If we cancel an activity because conditions are unsafe and you cannot reschedule, we refund the full amount you paid for the cancelled activity.
If Monkey Activities cancels your retreat, we refund the full amount you paid us for that retreat, including any deposit and balance already paid.
If tides cause two activities included in your retreat to overlap, we will ask you which one you would like to attend. Under the current packages policy, we refund the missed activity in cash in IDR.
Bookings with other providers
If you buy a separate speedboat ticket, stay or activity directly from another provider, check their booking and cancellation terms. Your Monkey Activities confirmation lists any services included in your activity or retreat booking. These terms apply subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
